Our journey began with a simple vision: to deliver outstanding orthodontic care in a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels like family. What started as Aiosa & Hoffman Orthodontics has grown into one of Clay County's most respected practices, now continuing as Oasis Orthodontics under the leadership of Dr. Derek Hoffman and Dr. Samantha Montoya.

A New Chapter, the Same Standard
We are proud to welcome Dr. Samantha Montoya to our team. Originally from Tampa, Florida, she pursued her dental education at the University of Florida, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Colorado, where she was recognized for her excellence in clinical care and academic achievement.
Dr. Montoya is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs. She regularly participates in continuing education to ensure her patients receive the most effective and comfortable care possible. Her warm and approachable demeanor and dedication to exceptional results align perfectly with the values this practice was built on.

Dr. Hoffman has been transforming smiles in the Fleming Island community for over 27 years. A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (DMD) and the University of Florida (MS, Orthodontics), he is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontists.
